This is a simple, editable text file. So if you have more precise datum and projection parameters just edit this text file directly, or edit the selected projection in the Select Projection window (in this case the modified parameters are stored in the Registry until you select a new projection). Projection named "Poly(1), Poly(2), Poly(n) are polynomial transformations and not editable.
